Brick Restoration, Cleaning & Sealing in Laguna Niguel, Orange County

Here are before and after pictures that show the results of a Stone Restoration, Cleaning and Polishing job we did on a Brick entry in Laguna Niguel, Orange County, California near Nellie Gail Ranch and Oso Parkway.

We successfully removed deep set alkaline deposits and were able to bring out the natural color of the brick. We then sealed the brick using an enhancer sealer which provides deep color protection under tough UV light conditions.

The entry will maintain is color for years but situations like this can be prevented by having a talented gardener that adjusts your sprinklers to prevent over watering of the walk ways.

Granite Countertop Cleaning in Huntington Beach, Orange County

Here are before and after pictures that show the results of a Granite Countertop Cleaning job we did in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California.

This granite countertop is in a rental unit where the tenants maintained anything. The layers of grease and oil in the kitchen was astounding. Unfortunately, many of the cleaning agents that work best will dull the granite surface. We took special care in the restoration process to remove the grime and not harm to the high-gloss surface.

This was actually an exceptional piece of granite, not usually found in a rental unit, and we were happy to be able to restore it!

Marble Restoration, Cleaning and Polishing in Newport Beach, Orange County

Photos show a heavily worn white marble floor aboard a luxury yacht in Newport Beach. This vessel holds many special events and this is the main entry point when people arrive. The owners wanted to make a more positive first impression and they were very happy with the way the marble polishing turned out.

After a deep cleaning, we were able to restore the shine with a powder polishing process. The final step of the process was to use a high-quality penetrating sealer which will protect against oil and water-based.

Limestone Floors Restoration and Cleaning in Dana Point, Orange County

Here are before and after pictures that show the results of a Limestone Restoration, Cleaning  job we did on Limestone Floors in Dana Point, Orange County, California.

The before close up of the kitchen shows how extremely dirty and pitted this limestone floor had become. Following the deep cleaning process we were able to fill the many voids “holes” with a non-sanded grout which matched the color perfectly. This will also prevent the holes from gathering new dirt, grease and debris in the future.

We then cleaned the surface again with a pH neutral cleaner which enable the penetrating sealer to form a protective bond on the surface of this limestone. This limestone floor was sealed with a matte finish.

As always we prepped the customer on the correct way to maintain the limestone.

The same 18″ x 18″ limestone tiles were used on the exterior patio as well. The exterior patio was restored by the same process.

Slate Patio Restoration, Cleaning in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, LA County

Here are before and after pictures that show the results of a Slate Restoration, Cleaning  job we did on a Slate Patio in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, LA County, California.

This all slate patio was originally very weatherbeaten and showed much damage because of the adjacent chlorine pool. This created another problem called “shaling” where layers of the slate will break off.

Following the stripping and cleaning process we used an enhancer sealer which greatly helps in the prevention of the shaling process. This customer was quite surprised to see the beauty and color of the natural stone which had been absent for many years.

We also stripped and cleaned the surrounding brick trim and stairs.

Slate Patio Restoration, Cleaning in Fullerton, Orange County

This slate patio had been neglected for the 28 years since it had been installed. This customer was planning on removing this slate patio because of its poor condition. The home was going to be put on the market soon and they feared that this slate patio would make a poor first impression. For a fraction of the cost of the removal alone much less a brand new patio we were able to show significant improvement and help make this house market ready.

The enhancer sealer that we used helped to bring out the natural color and prevent any more shaling of the slate. Shaling occurs when layers of the slate break off.

Travertine Floor Restoration and Cleaning in Laguna Niguel, Orange County

Travertine has become the most commonly used stone for flooring in new installations. There are a wide variety of qualities, however, and the finish can be from total flat to a high-polish. These photos show a “before and after” restoration job in Laguna Niguel, California, which brought out the real luster of the stone.

In addition to showing a high-polished surface the results also brought out the natural colors and characteristics of each stone. These pictures don’t do it justice.

Brick & Flagstone Cleaning in Huntington Beach, Orange County

Here are before and after pictures that show the results of a Stone Cleaning job we did on Flagstone Bricks in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California.

This customer desired more color from their patio but was adamant about having a non-gloss finish.

After removing some deep set stains and alkaline deposits we then neutral rinsed the stone multiple times prior to sealing. We were careful to make sure that the enhancer sealer was applied so as not to be shiny but to bring out the natural colors of the brick trim and flagstone.

We always remove and replace all furniture as was the case with this job.

This patio will now provide the family with many years of outdoor living.

Travertine Floor Cleaning and Polishing in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach, Orange County

Here are before and after pictures that show the results of a Travertine Floor Cleaning and Polishing job we did in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach, Orange County, California.

Many types of travertine are notorious for developing holes ( called voids) throughout, after regular use. They tend to become a “catch all” for dirt and grime. This photo shows an example of a heavily used kitchen floor!

As you see on the “after” photo the same tiles after restoration, notice that the voids are now professionally filled to create a smooth surface which will be much easier to keep clean.

The application of a premium penetrating sealer completes the job!

On the mosaic picture, you can see a very filthy travertine mosaic (medallion) in the middle of the restoration process. There are literally hundreds of miniature tiles and grout lines that we are able to clean by using a pre-treating solution followed by our vapor machine!
